About

Kelsey Hudson, PhD (she/her)

ABOUT

I am a licensed psychologist practicing virtually in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with young people with anxiety, tics/Tourette's, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, ADHD, and stress management; refugees, asylum seekers, and survivors of torture; and young people and climate activists with distress related to climate change. My sessions are facilitated by evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT and completed my clinical internship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA. My post-doctoral fellowship was completed at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders at Boston University. In 2021, I received a Certificate in Climate Change and Health from Yale University School of Public Health. I currently lead the Youth Focus and Outreach Subcommittee through the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America, a clinician-run non-profit focusing on the psychological impacts of the climate and environmental crises.
